Large potential opportunities in the online healthcare market were coming into view, and insurer HealthPartners wanted to lead. Through a new startup, Virtuwell, HealthPartners wanted to provide a safe and efficient online-first means to care for 40+ common illnesses. But it needed to launch an MVP quickly to gain first mover advantage.
